If you do not meet all of the below guidelines, please do NOT continue.
1. You (or someone from your company) must physically obtain records from the counties you provide. You cannot outsource your work. This will be verified prior to utilizing your services.
2. You must be able to input results via our web site and receive your requests via email. You must include date of charge, type of charge, charge level, case number, disposition date, disposition, sentence information and any notes relevant to the case of any records you find.
3. Your fee, excluding court access fees, must not be higher than $4.00 per request per county. We are aware of the courts that do in fact have a court access fee. If you currently pay more than $4.00, contact us, as we can most likely lower your costs.
4. Your turnaround time (TAT) must not exceed 48 hours. If your TAT is longer than 48 hours (except in known areas, clerk search only, etc.) please do not list that county or continue with this form. Our average TAT for all clients is generally less than 48 hours. For areas that we have multiple/duplicate researchers, we will choose the lowest cost and fastest TAT to send our requests to for processing.
5. If your state requires a private investigators license, business or other type of license to obtain criminal or civil public records, you will be required to provide a copy of your license to us.
